15 / The Wish. Space

 The Wish Space is a collaborative project between us and you.

The project began as an exploration of our hopes and dreams during this time of global health pandemic and socio-political crises. We wanted to recreate the moment of daring hope one experiences when tossing a coin into a fountain.

In breaking down the mechanics of that moment, we began to ask a different question:

What does the act of making a wish offer?

A moment to reflect on desire and possibility?

A prompt of imagination? An exercise in hope?

Whether at home and in isolation or rebuilding and reopening, we collectively face the loss and failings of humankind. What will be our new normal? What do we wish for our country and our world? Can we start to reimagine what’s possible?

We offer this experience as a gift of self exploration, solidarity, and community.
